✅ Beat sugar cravings with this pro tip.🔥
If you’ve had a weekend of sweets and family fun and are feeling the sugar cravings start at the beginning of the work week, this is what I do. 😊
❤️First ! I don’t get mad that the sugar cravings are there because that’s what I signed up for having yeast products or sweets!
❤️I remind myself not all sugar is bad… these sugar cravings are candida yeast cravings and are just the wrong kind of sugar bugs.
💯I remind myself this is an opportunity to look at the fun that was had with family and friends.
🥗 And then make bette choices for my week and schedule ahead that I need to be productive for by making good food choices.
❤️When I get sugar cravings:
🍓 I start my day with berries not pastries, berries feed the right kind of sugar bugs and rebalance my microbiome flora.
👍Eating the right kind of sugars like, berries in the am, sweet potatoes and 70% percent dark chocolate will rebalance your gut and help you get your sweet tooth needs met.
👻 The die-off of the candida sugar bugs are what give you the headache, brain fog and cravings after a weekend or lifetime of partying but they are often gone after 3 days.
👎Avoid soda, fast foods, processed foods, including chips, boxed pastas and pizzas during this process to reduce cravings, brain fog and headaches.
🍳 Get plenty of protein and veggies to keep your blood sugar from crashing and mood stable this also helps reduce the cravings.🥗
🌟 I believe in you. You got this!
💪 You’ve got the tools to beat sugar cravings and I’m here if you need anything!
Don’t feel guilty eating chocolate. Chocolate that’s not bad for you.
I love this brand of chocolate “Hu” because I like a bit of chocolate each day or every other day.
And What we eat adds up!
Nasties , hidden irritants , build up in our bodies and make us more irritable.
This chocolate does not have cane sugar, dairy or soy lecithin things I definitely try to reduce from my diet!
I try to reduce cane sugar from my diet because it depletes potassium and vitamins from my system.
Coconut sugar is much easier for my body to digest and process than cane sugar.
Coconut sugar is on the low glycemic index and has less calories.
The glycemic index refers to how fast certain foods raise blood sugar levels in your body.
If you have blood sugar dips often as I do fatigue and a lot of brain fog I would reduce foods that make you crash this includes excess sugar or sugar that process is quickly in your body.
Coconut sugar is more nutrient and mineral rich.
Soy lecithin increases oxidative stress in the body, is carcinogenic which causes cancer and can promote excess blood clots.
Soy In general is something all women who have estrogen dominance a precursor to breast cancer or if they have breast cancer that runs in their family should omit or reduced from their diet.
As I have reduced soy and dairy I’ve seen a huge change in my hormone symptoms!
In general for starting out I suggest only pure chocolates for example the hu simple dark chocolate with no nuts or fruits if you want to avoid fermentation or gas if you struggle with bloating or other digestive issues.
